A pivot door rotates around a hidden hinge set into the floor and head. It can be made far larger than a standard hinged door - we routinely build pivots up to three meters tall - and the result is an entry or feature opening that feels architectural rather than residential. We use FritsJurgens hardware exclusively for this configuration.
