Delivery

Curbside delivery entails delivering your item to the curb adjacent to your driveway. Please note that this delivery method does not include placing the item on the driveway, sidewalk, or inside your home, nor does it involve package removal.

To proceed with processing your order, we require a valid street address. In the event of an error in specifying the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If the product is dispatched to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling expenses.

Upon receiving a delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the contents of each package before signing the bill of lading. Document any visible damages on the bill of lading. Report any damages to The Door District within 48 hours of the shipment or delivery date. Failure to follow these instructions will render customers ineligible to receive replacement merchandise.

It's important to understand that The Door District is not accountable for expenses related to transportation, shipping, removal, labor, installation, or any other costs associated with replacing the product.

TRANSPORTATION AND RISK OF LOSS:

The customer retains the right to select the route and shipping method for the goods unless the buyer provides alternative instructions. Ownership of the goods is transferred to the buyer upon delivery to the chosen destination. If the buyer rejects the product, such action is interpreted as a rejection of this agreement, and it will be the client's responsibility to assume.
