Salesperson at the West Palm Beach Showroom
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role at The Door District's West Palm Beach showroom. The Salesperson will be responsible for meeting with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing product recommendations, generating leads, preparing quotes, and closing sales. Additionally, the Salesperson will maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to assess their needs and preferences.
- Provide tailored product recommendations.
- Generate leads and prepare quotes.
- Close sales and follow up with customers post-sale.
- Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the construction industry, specifically doors and wall paneling, is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- High proficiency in English is required; Spanish fluency is a plus.
Work Environment: This position is based in a professional showroom setting. The Door District is committed to an in-person culture, with operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role involves using standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
